Do you want to work in the heart of Stockholm and be part of an experience that guests will remember for a long time?
For the 2026 season, we are looking for a Deckhand/Crew Member for our archipelago tours, a role that combines service, safety, guiding, and seamanship.
You do not need previous experience on the water.
The most important thing for us is that you have the willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and that you enjoy being in the spotlight. Much of the work on board is done in front of guests, and you are a big part of their experience.
Your team on board
On board, you will work in a small and close-knit team consisting of:
- You (Deckhand/Crew Member)
- One deckhand colleague
- The captain
Together, you are responsible for the vessel's operation, safety, and the entire guest experience.
Your tasks
🌊 Seamanship
- Assist with mooring and unmooring
- Light deck work
- Safety, order, and cleanliness on board
- Act as the captain's extended arm
☕ Service & Sales
- Sales from café/bar (snacks, drinks, coffee)
- Cash handling
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personal service
🎤 Guiding & Storytelling
- Provide guests with lively and entertaining guidance
- Tell stories about history, nature, and places in the archipelago
- Create a memorable experience for all our guests
⚓ Safety
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed

We are looking for someone who:
- Is at least 18 years old

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
- Speaks Swedish and English (additional languages, especially German, are a plus)
- Has an interest in service and creating experiences
- Experience from the maritime or service industry is a plus, but not a requirement
Working hours & schedule
We apply a 1–1 system, which means:
✔ You work one week
✔ You are off the following week
This provides good balance and recovery throughout the season.
Employment & compensation
- Seasonal employment April – October 2026
- Possibility of extension
- Salary according to collective agreement
- Possibility of bonus
We offer:
- A unique workplace with a starting point in central Stockholm
